Welcome to People-Ways
People-Ways is a space for reflection and co-creation, dedicated to rethinking how companies can manage, structure, and lead their human resources in a more fluid, integrated, and efficient way.
This initiative aims to listen to decision-makers (business leaders, CFOs, or managers and HR professionals) involved in these challenges, regardless of the country, industry, or organization size. The objective is to better understand their needs, constraints, and expectations in the face of a rapidly changing business environmment, and to co-build pragmatic, sustainable, and human-centered solutions.
At the end of this study, a structured offer of outsourced HR services will be designed, tested and refined together with the contributors who chose to be part of the journey.
Why this initiative?
Towards a new HR approach
What if, tomorrow, your company could benefit from:
- an outsourced HR service, but integrated as a true department,
- capable of managing your daily HR operations,
- administering your tools (HRIS, LMS, e-signature, etc.),
- coordinating your service providers,
- and managing your HR indicators with clear and actionable dashboards?
The idea is not to add another service provider, but to pool a complete HR unit that is operational, agile, and data-driven. An innovative model that combines performance, meaning, and simplicity.
The objective of this study
This survey aims to explore:
- The market's interest in expanded and integrated HR outsourcing
- The HR scopes and priorities with high added value (training, processes, tools, reporting, skills, etc.)
- The current obstacles to implementing such a solution
- The expected benefits: time savings, reliability, compliance, visibility, agility, etc.
Your participation will help us better understand how to build a model that is realistic, useful, and scalable, to serve collective and sustainable performance.
HR: A strategic lever in transformation
Historically focused on administrative tasks, the HR function is now a key player in organizational performance, culture, and agility.
However, amidst accelerated digitalization, compliance challenges, new work models, and the demand for results, companies face increasing complexity.
How to reconcile strategy, human aspects, and operations, while respecting internal structures?
Participate in the People-Ways study
This study is for leaders and professionals who wish to deeply reflect on the evolution of the HR function.
In just 8 minutes, you can contribute to a discussion that will help shape the next generation of outsourced HR services.
Your opinion matters; it will help define what should be prioritized, useful, and measurable.
This survey is fully anonymous in order to encourage open and honest sharing of experiences and perspectives.
You will be invited to share:
- your vision of the HR function's role,
- your operational and strategic needs,
- your expectations in terms of efficiency, tools, and management.
This survey is available in English and French, and will remain open for participation until July 31, 2026.
A final word for the most curious
If you've made it this far, it's probably because you're interested in HR topics, or because you yourself have questions, concerns, or ideas about how the HR function could better serve the business and teams.
Each week, until the end of the People-Ways study, I will propose a mini-poll on LinkedIn from among the received themes.
The chosen topic will then be developed in a LinkedIn post, with a structured, pragmatic, and field-oriented approach.
An additional way to foster collective reflection and bring forth topics that truly matter.
Whether you have already responded to the survey or are considering doing so, I propose something simple:
Share here an HR issue you would like to see explored.
Confidentiality and Commitment
Your responses are strictly confidential and will only be used for analysis purposes.
No personal information (name, company, contact details) will be published or shared.
You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
My commitment: an ethical, transparent, and respectful approach for every participant.
