The People-Ways website aims to collect thoughts, testimonials, and feedback on the evolution of the Human Resources function and HR outsourcing models.

As part of the People-Ways survey, the following data may be collected:

A. Voluntarily Provided Data

  • the questionnaire responses
  • optionally, an email address if the user wishes to be recontacted (optional)
  • any information freely communicated by the participant.

These responses are used solely for analysis and research purposes. Participation in the study is entirely voluntary.

B. Technical Data

  • IP Address
  • Connection Data
  • Technical information related to the device and browser

No sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) is requested.

Participants are asked not to mention names of individuals or elements allowing direct identification in the free-text fields.

Purpose of Processing

Data is collected exclusively for the following purposes:

  • to analyze the HR needs and challenges expressed by participants
  • to inform a reflection on new forms of outsourced HR services
  • to design, test, and adjust an HR service offering following the study
  • to publish anonymized content derived from the proposed themes
  • to recontact individuals who have provided their contact details

Data is neither sold, assigned, nor transmitted to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is based on voluntary participation and the free and informed consent of participants, given when participating in the survey:

  • Legitimate interest (market analysis and offer development)
  • Consent (for contact details provided voluntarily)

 

The processing of data collected via audience measurement tools is based on:

  • user consent, when cookies are used,
  • the legitimate interest of the website publisher in analyzing website usage and improving its content.

Data Recipients

The data collected is intended solely for the People-Ways project manager.

They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

However, certain technical data may be processed by technical service providers necessary for the operation of the site.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some technical service providers may process data outside the European Union.
In such cases, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with the GDPR.

Some services provided by Google may involve the transfer of data to servers located outside the European Union, including the United States.

Retention Period

The collected data is stored for a limited period of time:

  • survey responses: maximum 12 months after the study closes
  • messages sent via the contact form: maximum 12 months
  • technical data related to navigation: according to the durations defined by the services used.

Contact details provided voluntarily can be deleted at any time upon request.

Confidentiality and Security

Responses are treated with strict confidentiality.
Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Audience measurement tools

In order to better understand how the site is used and improve the user experience, the People-Ways site uses audience measurement tools provided by Google, integrated via the Google Site Kit extension.

These tools may collect certain technical information such as:

  • the type of browser,
  • the type of device used,
  • pages viewed,
  • the duration of navigation,
  • interactions with the site.

This data is used solely for statistical purposes and to analyze website traffic.
